Legal Innovation

For legal teams ready to change the status quo.

Legal Innovation is our practice for law firms and in-house legal teams putting AI to work inside real workflows, with the confidentiality, privilege, and professional-responsibility guardrails a legal practice demands.

It exists because our founder lived the problem. Nadine started as general counsel to a national developer, then became a proptech executive helping legal teams adopt new technology. She saw firsthand the flaws in the systems many legal departments were built on: run as cost centers instead of the strategic seat they've earned, staffed by capable lawyers who were never handed the tools, or the room, to lead change. AI is the moment to change that, and legal is the right place to drive it from.

Our work is practical, and it meets you where you are: start self-paced with courses built on real transactional workflows, step up to a guided team program, or bring us in for a hands-on redesign of how your team operates. The payoff isn't just efficiency, it's what the hours come back for: the judgment calls only you can make, the strategy you never had room to touch, the seat at the table you've been too buried to take. And sometimes, simply a workday that ends at a human hour.

We’ve done it inside legal departments and law firms, we practice it ourselves, and we teach it in plain language, because your team shouldn’t need a computer science degree to put AI to work and stop working like it's 2015.

The Counsel Kit

AI for CRE lawyers, self-paced course

The problem: You know AI could take the grind out of lease review, abstraction, redlining, and diligence. But nobody teaches it for your work: the generic courses are built for coders or marketers, the demos never touch a real lease, and between closings you don't have time to figure it out alone, or the appetite to experiment with confidentiality on the line.

The solution: The Counsel Kit, a self-paced course built by a CRE lawyer for CRE lawyers. Video lessons that put AI to work inside real transactional workflows (lease review, abstraction, redlining, diligence), taught primarily in Claude for Legal, with working coverage of ChatGPT and Gemini. Plus the kit itself: prompt and workflow libraries, designed handouts, and templates you'll reuse on Monday morning.

The concerns that keep most lawyers on the sidelines aren't a disclaimer here, they're the curriculum: confidentiality and client data, verifying accuracy before you rely on an output, working within your firm's governance (or building the case when none exists), and navigating the regulatory gray zones. Learn on your schedule, apply it the same day, and finish confident you're using AI responsibly, not just quickly.

  • Counsel Kit Complete: the full course, libraries, templates, and bookable office hours with Nadine: real answers on your real documents. $1,999

  • Counsel Kit Essentials: the video course and core libraries, fully self-guided. $999

The Legal Team Accelerator

Guided AI transformation, 6-8 weeks

The problem:  One trained lawyer doesn't make a transformed team. Individual experiments stay individual, tools get adopted without guardrails, and good intentions stall before they become new ways of working.

The solution:  A guided six-to-eight-week engagement for your firm or legal department: workflow audit, tool selection, governance and confidentiality guardrails, custom prompts and skills, and weekly working sessions that train as you build. Your team finishes with new capability, not just new software.

Legal Innovation Advisory

Embedded transformation for legal organizations

The problem: Some teams need more than training. The constraint is the operating model itself: how work gets assigned, reviewed, priced, and delivered. No course or sprint fixes that.

The solution: Full transformation, scoped to your organization: operating-model redesign, AI implementation leadership, and ongoing advisory as the changes take hold. The natural next chapter for teams that have outgrown the Accelerator.
